I’ve been an Osteopath since 2019 and a Massage Therapist since 2011.

As an Osteopath I have a big passion for treating conditions relating to stress, tension and chronic pain. I use a wide range of treatment techniques that I tailor to each individual and their needs such as soft and deep tissue techniques, myofascial releases, stretching, joint mobilisations, visceral techniques and manipulations.

In addition to Osteopathy, I also continue to provide several holistic treatments for when it’s time for you to indulge in some self-care.

When I’m not at the clinic I love to spend time with family, especially my son Rowan and husband Matt. Our favourite thing to do together is take walks in the nearby woodlands surrounding our home.

When you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work. I’m very blessed to be in that position and I put my all into what I do.
