I’ve been an Osteopath since 2019 and a Massage Therapist since 2011.

As an Osteopath I have a big passion for treating conditions relating to stress, tension and chronic pain. I use a wide range of treatment techniques that I tailor to each individual and their needs such as soft and deep tissue techniques, myofascial releases, stretching, joint mobilisations, visceral techniques and manipulations.

I firmly believe in the importance of self-care, which is why I continue to provide holistic treatments in addition to Osteopathy. Everyone deserves the opportunity to indulge in self-treatment and relax occasionally.

When I’m not at work I love to spend time with my family, especially my son Rowan and husband Matt. Our favourite thing to do together is take walks in the nearby woodlands surrounding our home.

When you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work. I’m very blessed to be in that position and I put my all into what I do.
