From Andover, Hampshire
helping you on your wellness journey

Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I became a qualified Osteopath in 2019 after graduating from Swansea University. I also have a qualification as a massage therapist since 2011, which I continues to practice in conjunction with Osteopathy.
I have experience in both NHS and private clinic settings, which exposed me to a range of complex cases early in my career, bolstering my experience in managing complex conditions and igniting my passion for treating chronic pain.
As an Osteopath I have a big passion for treating conditions relating to stress, tension and chronic pain. My treatment style is structural and holistic, and I tailor treatment to each individual depending on their needs. I treat the body with a range of methods such as soft and deep tissue techniques, stretching, joint mobilisations, visceral techniques and manipulations.
I especially like to incorporate myofascial techniques into my treatments when needed, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility. These gentle techniques focus on releasing the fascia, a connective tissue that is found in all parts of our body and connects all of the structures on deep and superficial levels. Treating the fascia can be particularly effective on traumatic, inflammatory and post surgery related conditions.
In addition to Osteopathy, I also continue to provide several holistic treatments for when it’s time for you to indulge in some self-care.
A bit about me personally:
When I’m not at the clinic I love to spend time with family, especially my son Rowan and husband Matt. Our favourite thing to do together is take walks in the nearby woodlands surrounding our home.
I’ve also started growing veggies at home this year, which has been a wonderful new hobby, and I especially love when my fellow gardener patients share their gardening tips!
I also love to paint and have a small art side hustle which I started way back during lockdown and love all things creative.
When you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work. I’m very blessed to be in that position and I put my all into what I do.
Whether you have a pain, tension or injury that you need resolving or you just need to destress, I hope that I can help you on your wellness journey.
